Most *********** company and service, phone several numbers, NO ONE can help with my querry, being send from one person to the next and all of them have the same mentality not help or just even try, just passing the buck along, have send mails to ALL of their available email address without no response, then the one lady answers the phone rude and just give a lnother business number and say phone them, horrible service, all this just to receive a letter from then that I do not have an account with them anymore!!! They cant even answer emails or phonecalls, what a useless bunch of a company

Worst and appealing experience ever! Calling through to them to speak to someone is a mission! Getting through to the automated system, do security Get through to someone eventually, do security again. Get transferred to another department, fo security again. 30 minutes on the line and no assistance, line gets dropped. Call through again.. no same process like before! They can't hear me over the line, shocking. I'm a cellc customer. My Fibre has high latency!!!! No one assists me

am really disappointed with cell c once again. Since I renewed my data contract with cellc last year October they always debit extra money from my account and this time they went far by debting my account earlier while I made arrangements with them not to debit since I won't have anything in account and again they debited on the date that we agreed on. Now they send me an invoice showing that they were unable to debit but they did debited and it also shows on my bank statement. Cellc customer service is really annoying because now when I tell them that I don't want continue with the contract they tell me that I must pay R3000 for cancelation fee which they state that should I wish to cancel I must pay cancelation fee when they were selling the their product to me.

Dear Hellopeter Few weeks back I logged a complaint against cellc. Regarding my account. They transferred my account to NDS. I settled the account and requested that they close the account and provide me with paid up letter. It already been 2 weeks and they haven't gotten back to me.

I want to report Glocell for allowing someone to fraudulently purchase twice from them using my RCS card details without the physical card or my ID. It wasn't an online purchase because I didn't receive an OTP, so someone presented my card details to an employee who allowed this to happen.

Terrible service. I applied for an upgrade back in May 2016. They couldn't provide me with a phone for 6 weeks. I contacted them and cancelled my contract. They continued to take debit orders off and finally decided to refund me. This was there last response: "Good day Noted , I do apologise for the inconvenience. I will prepare a credit as per below email confirmation. The credit will settle the amount in arrears on the account. Have a great evening. Regards NtsamaengS Customer Operations Team www.glocell.co.za" Yet I'm still being threatened by the NBA. No one at Glocell can answer me
