Daylight robbery?false advertising

I was sold a monthly membership from gloglam.R399 to reciece 5 treatments per month.Sounded perfect as I liked to spoil myself.Called milk and honey spa to book my treatment but the phone just rang.Thought that was strange.Called a few days later to get cut off by the lady on the other side telling me I should email my request.I then emailed and after a week got no [URL Removed] to gloglam who sold the membership to me and they forwarded my email to the spa.They then did respond.I then responded by requesting vouchers and a treatment.To date no reply.Unprofessional customer service from both gloglam and milk and honey.
