Poor quality food and presentation.

Specifically referring to the Gateway Umhlanga branch. Coffee (Cortado) tasted fine but served in a cup, not small glass as is the norm, so not great. But.....tge Carrot cake /loaf... absolutely terrible. Was like eating old dry brown bread with sone nutty bits and sweet cream icing on top. Sorry, but that is a really bad show, will not go there again.
