We bought a house in December 2014 which we were finally cleared for in the deeds offices on the 16 April 2015 but thanks to our attorney's poor efforts of telling us that the prevoius owner will not be out by then as they knew over emails conversations we could only move in on the 25 April a week later. Which they already knew that Mr Johnson was to pay occupation rent as they even worked out the occupational cost per day. Mr johnson money was paid from fnd to Glover so they could deduct all monies still outstanding from it including our occupational rent as we were by law entitled to it with our signed remax contract. We notified them on when we will b receiving our occupational rent an only to find out they already paid Mr Johnson his money out without following procedure correctly which this is not one of there first mistakes of money. I have send countless emails and have not received one response which is unprofessional for an attorney firm. I want to know who is taking responsibility for our occupational rent an when will we receive it. As I find Glover is not taking responsibility for there mistake.
