Glue that never dries??????
I just called Glue Devil Head office, I need to know the drying type of the Cornice adhesive, apparently it never dries!!!!!!, they guy “trying” to help me needed to phone me back so he could find out drying time!!!!!!!, he check the MSD something to check drying time, and he said there was nothing about drying time, so guess what guys, this “ glue devil cornice adhesive never dries!!!!!!!

Sold me expired stock
Absolutely dishonest company to deal with! I own a business and I opened an account with Glue Devil in Durban. They sold me 32 cans of spray paint which was expired. Within the course of a year or so, customers started returning the products saying its not working properly and something is wrong with it. Suddenly one customer noticed the expiry date and when I checked all the stock, every single can of spray paint was expired. I tried to reason with them and tried to get them to at least exchange the stock for unexpired paints instead of returning everything. They ignored me completely. They are not helping in any way and trust me they knew what they did. Always check the expiry dates when you purchase from them! Very very dishonest company.

GlueDevil cares about their customers
I had a query about one of GlueDevil's products and e-mailed them. The National Sales Manager reverted to me and was extremely helpful and informative. He even offered to replace the product at no charge. This is so refreshing!!

Glue Devil is an inferior product.
People please don’t buy any product that bares this brand name. It is a bad quality product. Rather spend a little more and get something that actually works. Every consecutive thing that you would glue or seal with a Gluedevil product is going to fall apart or leak. It really is bad bad stuff.

Glue Devil is an inferior product.
People please don’t buy any product that bares this brand name. It is a bad quality product. Rather spend a little more and get something that actually works. Every consecutive thing that you would glue or seal with a Gluedevil product is going to fall apart or leak. It really is bad bad stuff.

Terrible Customer Experience with GlueUp Platform
We bought the GlueUp Platform with huge excitement. What a disappointment! Weeks later and we still cannot even launch an Event. Their Sales Director is amazing, and their Accounts Manager lovely, but the company has a silo approach and if someone doesn't want to help, the whole machine for us as a client comes to a standstill. WOW, the lady in charge of their Training is not interested in us as a client or solving our challenges as we learn the system. Due to her unwillingness to assist us, we have paid R32k with no events to release. It is bizarre to have emails flying between people but no one takes accountability to say, "Let's help this client and solve their problem by showing them practically and walking the extra mile so that they can release an Event." Despite the fact that two of their staff are lovely and we only have good things to say about their service, overall, this is a terrible customer experience with poor customer service from their Training Division. The Paygage Platform is also not been working for 2 weeks and no Events can be released.

Glue devil - do not even waste your money - it does not wor****!
Oh my word what you guys promise and what your product deliver is worlds apart!! We have a gap where the roof was extended previously and needed to fill and waterproof it, so we bought your filfoam. On the day, the rep was also at the hardware shop and had such good things to say about this product. Followed the instructions very carefully and it just did not stick to the wall or the roof and was just this sticky **** that just dit not even sticking to where it should! What a mess!!!! This product is very big dissapointment and total waste of money!!
