No service - No reply
Hello GoGas - is anybody there......... On Sunday 22nd June I tried to order a refill but my credit card was rejected. On Monday I called my bank, they checked and nothing was wrong with my card. I called your business and was cut off, left messages and eventually when I got through I was told someone would return my call. I also called Payfast and they said they could not do anything - the call would need to come from GO Gas....... Same on Tuesday, called, requested a call, wrote e-mails and when i eventually got through I was told someone would call me.............. I still not had a call or response so I have made alternative arrangements. I will no longer be doing business with you and am requesting collection of your cylinder and refund of my deposit. Due to other ratings I would like cash in exchange for the cylinder. If I do not get a response I will be taking this further.

GO-Gas pickpockets
Ok guys here it is. I used this *********** bunch once, beware fellow citizens. When I ordered my 48kg gas bottle, I had to pay R1500 deposit for the bottle. These ******* claim that they will refund this deposit once they collect the cylinder once you the customer (their pray) are finished using it. I did exactly that and have been lead around the garden path to get my deposit paid back I have made numerous calls to what seems to be an online business only. Spoke to Duncan, Hanna and still waiting for Leo (apparently in sales) to return my call. - Time to name and shame Do not use these ****** under any circumstances, rather burn your money, it will give you greater satisfaction. I will continue perusing this, if need be, I'll lodge a case of theft at my local police station. They won't even return my cylinder that they stole back from me. Shame on you bunch of pickpockets, I await your next excuses. Fellow citizens, please avoid this company at all costs. They should be called - yourmoney'sgone-gas

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK
AVOID AT ALL COSTS This is an online business only. They have no offices, so you cannot find them. They deliver only. This means any problems you have can be ignored. They have flatly refused to pay back my deposit and the gas credit that I have on my account after no longer requiring their services. Rather stick to the conventional cylinders. They have you trapped once you get one of theirs and have no option but to go through them.

Good luck getting your deposit back!
While Go-gas are very good at making it very easy to buy gas, they use their own cylinders. And that means a deposit if R950. So if for some reason you move and they are not in the region, you cannot use their cylinders elsewhere. And this is where suddenly their service levels drop to poor. They are simply not interested should you have to return a cylinder for a refund. It has taken me over a week and I am still waiting. I have had to email, message and phone. All I have received is a statement that "my cheque is in the mail".

Service and delivery
This company is amazing! They answer customer questions quickly, it is a pleasure to deal with them. Registration was easy, their website is easy to use. Delivery is next day and their prices are very good. We need more companies like this that take their customers seriously. Hope they make lots of money!!!!! Keep up the great work.

This company is amazing! They answer customer questions quickly, it is a pleasure to deal with them. Registration was easy, their website is easy to use. Delivery is next day and their prices are very good. We need more companies like this that take their customers seriously. Hope they make lots of money!!!!! Keep up the great work.

GoGas implodes - non delivery of gas after payment made
Go gas appears to have literally imploded. I have ordered gas from them via their online portal 7 times in the last 5 months and their service has been really great. I swapped out a couple of my old gas steel bottles for their composite material which are transparent and allow you to see the gas level... At a cost of course. But my recent order now, placed on and paid for a 14kg gas refill on 28 September (order no 580DE7) appears to be the very last one I will be placing with them. Order is till undelivered 5 days later and their business account on Whatsand phone line and email are all not responding to queries regarding the status of delivery. I have lost this payment... Very sad. Please kindly refund my payment.

Go-Gas incompetence
Go Gas is an *********** business. Customer focus is shocking. They promise online to deliver online orders within 48 hours. And they take payment online. 3 days later and 2 promises by them today (30 June) and they still haven’t delivered my gas cylinder (ordered and paid for)
