Useless clinic
Today I went for family planning we were only 3 they said I must return back because its not my date and come back next Monday I said I I have been coming here for a 3rd time I am always told to go back it is so unfair the receptionist lady is so terribly rude 💔 😔 I am so hurt

Staff bad attitude towards patients
First time there for check up staff not wearing the name badges dirty toilet next to mother and child section where every one goes there, but the biggest issue one encounter of a rude staff member helping patients she talks, behaves in a rude matter like she doesn't care about her job. Seems like it's something she's used too. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Am very hurt, disappointed in this.

There is no working system in place the staff works as they please they do not adhere to the Batho Pele and their service is very poor I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

We go to our check up date, as they schedule us, they will your appoitment its for 8am till 11 am no service, 10 am till 13h00 no service, they will just come collect our card thats it forgotting tht thay had book us time for chronic meducation collection they have a very bad service, tgey dont like their job

Patients being made to stand ob their feet abd no chairs outside.
One of the clinic in the township area of Katlehong, we are sick patients and we are still made to stand on the queues without chairs. The painful part some of us you stand while carrying a child till ypu get assisted. The queues dint even go accordingly, you never get told where to queue and for what. Should you ask for help they will tell you to stand were you standing. Health workers please keep and apply the oath you committed to serve and save lives. Show passion in what you do
