No Humanity

As a retired person who worked for Gold Fields of SA, my father had shares which when he tried to retrieve them he was told he is no longer entitled to. This was due to an apparent communication despatched to him which they are unable to duplicate. This is an attempt to scam investors of their investments. They sited his address as being the problem but he lived in the same home for more than 50 years. Now that he is really old, that money has been stolen from him. This is a large Company who does not even answer people on their social media pages. We will all get old oneday. I do not know how management or stakeholders can allow this. We are all answerable for what we do in life & how we treat people.
