Rude disrespectful staff at Goldman Tech

Dear Ms De Lange ... do you have any idea how dismissive and disrespectful your staff are?

I don't care what your excuse is ...

If you run an office there MUST be someone to answer the phone.

If someone calls me, the first thing they MUST do is identify themself and the purpose of their call: 'Hi, this is Daniela and I'm calling in response to your email about the role you want to apply for. Do you have a few minutes?'

If Bernard says he's going to call back, then that is what he MUST do ... NOT palm me off to someone else, who hasn't bothered to read my email or my CV; especially without bothering to advise me of the 'change of plan'.
