Computer shop boss incompetent, unreliable and untruthful

I contacted Goma to fit a new screen for my laptop, it was working before he came, when he fitted the screen nothing worked, he said he will take it away to fix it. He then rang me saying it was unrepairable and offered me a replacement used laptop, he brought it and left it with me, I found the wifi did not work and the windows software was illegal. Apart from this I waited in 3 whole days for him to arrive, I have heard nothing since last week and assume I will have to spend more money to rectify these issues. He stated on a mail that when windows is transferred to another pc it becomes illegal, i replied to this if this is so why did you not rectify the sw issue before delivering it and also testing it to see the wifi was faulty, it will cost me another R1000 to fix the problems
