I purchased a Macbook from Gomaxx that gave me problems, I then chose to keep doing business with them and exchanged it for a better and newer one, which also gave me problems, I took the macbook back and requested a refund as I was told in the beginning is possible, only to be told that they won’t refund me. I had a terrible experience and want to encourage buyers to please be cautious when purchasing products from Gomaxx, of course like any second hand store there are risks when purchasing pre-owned products, but it’s unfair to sell a product knowing the issues are irreparable. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend doing business with them. You will not get your money back.
