Service given = 0 I called in on 12 Feb 2025.
The servicing agent could not even converse to a point where there was said say they cannot or will not help me. I had to initiate the answer myself.
If you employ people, at least have them either know the company policy/rules to help a guy out with (OR NOT). The other option is to actually employ staff that knows how to work with people... It's called client service and yes, even a informed NO is good enough.
