GO ORTUS - PROVE YOURSELF, CANCEL AGREEMENT AND REFUND OUR MONEY

**** , ****, ****!!! We have been conned in early October 2024. We were told how great the search platform works; search for all things travel under one umbrella, from car rentals to flights and accommodation. We had to pay right there on the spot. We sc****d all our money together. We were promised that we would make a large amount of money on our timeshare rental within four months. We were given "FREE" holiday vouchers...

A few days after we attended the presentation we started investigating... on the ORTUS search engine (with the slogan" We compare thousands of travel sites, so you don’t have to.") I could only get 8 places to book accommodation, but on a FREE INTERNET site, I could get 44 places, with extra alternatives a little bit out of town...

We wrote to ORTUS to please CANCEL this so-called contract and refund our money... It has been 4 weeks since we CANCELLED IN WRITING and we are still just getting a noncommittal reply "We sincerely regret the delay in this matter however we are still waiting on feedback" from our so-called Support company in South Africa.

We need this contract cancelled and our money refunded. If ORTUS wants to prove they are legit -PLEASE REFUND OUR MONEY!! STOP ****MING PEOPLE!!
