Gordons Bay Security Animal Abuse
My 4 kg yorkie, Leila and I are physically attacked by Gordons Bay Security officers at the instruction of About Cats and Dogs in Somerset West on Sunday 15 November 2020. I was instructed to return inedible Royal Canin dog food to About Cats and Dogs. The store assistant at the store has subsequently left the company, and they refuse to provide her contact details to verify. The manager refused to provide me with the receipt as promised by Elise or Elsie at Sanctuary store. I was refused a return on my card or refund. They contacted Gordons Bay security and I was physically attacked with the tiny defenseless dog in my arms. Her head and body were crushed against the metal firearm of the attacker. I did not display any acts of aggression, although i did say "die hond gaan nie die f***** kos eet nie." I repeatedly asked security officer to retreat to 1.5 m as per the covid laws. I was the attacked at the instruction of a About Cats and Dogs staff member and a member of Gordons Bay Security. I have a fractured fibula and my dog lost tooth and we both defecated and urinated in the store during the attack. It was traumatising and humiliating. The officers further accused me of trying to reach for his firearm, and also broke my walking aid and refused me access to recover the broken pieces and my dogs teeth. Leila is traumatised and is suffering. GB Security refutes the sequence of events and About Cats and Dogs refuse any comment. I refused to leave the store until the cashier stopped lying to her manager on the phone, and a manager communicated with me in person. I offered my bank account, but the Sanctuary store manager had already provided them with my receipt. Please help us get justice for Leila. I was told to "Fo@of" and "Voetsek" by the store manager. False statements are also circulated by Gordons Bay security and About Cats and Dogs. HR Manager at About Cats and Dogs refused tthe injured Leila any treatment or assistance.

Going the extra mile
Excellent service! Got a new remote from my alarm system and requested someone to active the remote for the alarm, they quickly sent someone out for the installation, he was EXTREMELY friendly and went the extra mile by even installing the remote to work with the garage door. Thanks for the great service, really appreciated!
