BAD SERVICE DELIVERY AT TOLL GATES

Stuck in Gosforth Toll Plaza in Germiston for 30 +minutes in a Card only toll swiping every card available in different manners to get through after jumping out of the vehicle to assist 10 cars infront to pass through and all other vehicle moving out of the lane, only to get stuck ourself eventhough the card worked for another individual . NO BUTTONS WORKING, NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER, NO PHONE ANSWERED. It's absolutely pathetic!!!!!
