Incomplete gas installation and no COC

Gas installation was due to be completed in my home in Dec 2014. Got Gas completed 90% of the installation and has not returned to complete. The certificate of compliance is also outstanding - this puts me at risk with regards to insurance claims. I have paid in full and actually requested a quote for additional work but have been extremely disappointed by the non-performance of Got Gas.
