Govan Mbeki Municipality Bethal
This is probably now the worst municipality (Bethal) in South Africa. We have daily loadshedding from 6 to 14 hours due to idiots in charge. Then we do not get honest feedback from GMM or the DA or Freedom Front or anybody.
