Professional, Great Service and Workmanship
Great Workmanship and Professionalism These guys are the best when it comes to custome kitchens. Absolutely love our new Italian style kitchen all thanks to GOVARO and their professional team. Everything was done in an efficient manner with sound communication all the way during the duration of the project. I would recommend them any day

Professional, Great Service and Workmanship
Great Workmanship and Professionalism These guys are the best when it comes to custome kitchens. Absolutely love our new Italian style kitchen all thanks to GOVARO and their professional team. Poor workmanship, poor planning, poor communication.
I'll start with where it will affect people the most, your pocket. They put us under duress to make the last progress payment of more than what was quoted on, without providing all the deliverables. I'm still waiting for our certificates of conformance, and they just ignore my calls and emails. We approached them for a kitchen renovation, which included everything from demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling and kitchen cabinets. From the initial consult and their measurements, they found the floor and ceiling slab to be unlevel. They proposed to install a thin ceiling to make sure everything is level. As for construction, even though they did the ceiling twice, because initially constructed ceiling sagged, the floor and ceiling ended up unlevel (pictures attached). Planning and coordination were so bad. They drilled into plumbing twice that they installed. There was no supervision and communication. If i weren't on site to make sure things were where they supposed to be, it would have been an even bigger disaster. As for cabinetry, improper planning resulted in incorrectly sized carcasses, carcasses that needed to be hacked and reworked multiple times. Doors were incorrectly sized and misaligned. Poor workmanship with multiple holes inside cabinets that we just filled with wood filler. Ended up looking like reused secondhand carcasses. Chipped doors and panels, which were again just filled with wood filler. (Pictures attached) Bridget and Simba were very unprofessional, when issues were pointed out and when they were asked to rectify, we were accused of pointing out "nonsense" issues and trying to delay they last 10% payment. Simba threatened to not leave my house until I pay the last 10% even though I pointed out a mistake on their statement and hadn't received my certificates on conformance. I was injured at the time and feared for my families lives. The project took significantly longer as they had proposed due to the poor mismanagement of the project. I'll be uploading a review video soon, to showcase their work.

Best Building Contractors
We just completed modernising our home in Kyalami. This is the best company I have seen among contractors so far. We had a very tight deadline and they managed to pull through. Our project was demolishing walls, rebuild new wall, flooring, plumbing, roofing and painting. It's a major success!

Best Building Contractors

Don't be fooled
These people are chance takers . believe me when I say when you here of this name run. I tried fixing building mistakes they done on my home project and ended having to demolish the house and start from scratch. they will experiment with your money and end up running .I urge you not to take chances with these people. don't be fooled by the positive reviews you see .

The Best Contractors in Gauteng
This is an amazing company. So far I had a notion that contractors always forget to show professionalism, but for this company they are very professional, well planned. Amazing how they take every project from design to finish. We did a full home renovation for our 2 storey building in Rivonia, what an absolutely pleasant experience. I recommend 100%
