One star is MORE THAN ENOUGH!!!
Just one question to the representation of the pension fund, WHAT HAVE WE DONE AS PENSION CONTRIBUTORS TO DESERVE THIS BELOW STANDARD SERVICES?
Your lines are forever busy, I called and was made to hold for over 52 minutes up until it hit 4pm, and is if I knew my call would be disconnected due to after hour, I just got disconnected! I had requested a call back and guess what it's been 2 weeks now, no single response. I sent through an email about 2 weeks ago, still NO response. I went to the offices and got there at around 2pm, after requesting to leave early from Johannesburg to Pretoria, only to be told the queue has been cut. ALL OF THIS FOR A PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL I MADE 2 WEEKS AGO!!! Wish I was aware of other Pension Funds co available to me for better and efficient service. Otherwise GEPF is less than a single star!!! I am beyond disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfaction with your UNPROFESSIONAL services to the people you were supposed to serve with integrity!!!
