What a ****!

We accepted the quote the Technician gave to repair our washing machine and paid the 50% deposit so that the part could be ordered. After a month and tons of un-rep**** messages, we decided to cancel the repair job, and asked to get a refund. Two months have past since my first encounter, and I haven't seen a cent of my deposit. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. What a ****!!
