BAD SERVICE

Don't do try to buy the parts from them, they are very bad and rude people (Erika & Elizette), I paid full amount of the car part after they send the quote, only to find out they don't have that car part. they have to refund me now and they don't answer their phones, it is almost three months. We agreed they will take 15% of a cancellation fee but Iam struggling to get my money back.
