Dishonesty at a new height

I paid a 50% deposit for spares quoted with a promised delivery within 5 Days. The spares were not sourced or delivered. It's now going onto two months trying to get my refund. The staff by the names of Tilla Diesel and Erika Diesel avoid my calls and even blocked my number. The next contact person by the name of Anton just makes promises to process my refund. Be careful in dealing with dishonest people.
