GPO Crew Heidelberg -avoid this dishonest company

I have exactly the same bad experience with GPO Crew Heidelberg as many other unhappy clients. I ordered a new fender liner for a Citroen C2 on 19 September 2023, received the quote and paid the amount + courier fees. Never make a direct credit to this company's bank account, you will have no way of stopping the transaction. You receive no feedback and when they eventually do they lie , i.e. the part is with courier, I will follow up with them, a week later nothing and they will follow up. I then requested a refund. I will forward the request to refund, please forward your bank account for the refund, 10 days later still nothing. Do you really want to do business with this dishonest company? Do not be blinded by the good reviews on their website.
