I've always recommended this online store as bought from them since my daughter was born and never had issues until now. I bought three different toys for my toddler with order number 8332-ZA on the 28th of March 2024. Delivery 4-5 working days has been long past and no toys delivered. There's no direct telephone number, no response on their chat, you cannot even track your parcel. I'm getting an error that my email address/track number is invalid. You have really f*@ed me over.

Received parcel today, thanks. Please if you courier etc, communicate with us, send emails or sms to avoid bad reviews. Happy customer, was first buy, very frustrated because of the lack of communication.

I bought a stationary combo set at Grabbit and I didn't hear about them, I am still waiting for the tracking number and the order to be delivered. I send them messages but they didn't reply. I am very dissapointed in them. We the people of this country don't have extras to throw away, life is tough. Just send me my parcel I bought. GOD BLESS

Completely and utterly disgusted with grabitall.co.za. Do not make use their services. I ordered Christmas gifts from grabitall.co.za last year with enough time to spare to make it in time for Christmas. After my order did not get delivered, I contacted them. They just replied telling me that something went wrong with the order and that they could not tell me when I will receive my order. They could not fulfil my order in time, so I was forced to cancel my order. Since I cancelled my order I have had no refund, no reply to any of my tickets, no reply to any emails sent and no reply to the Whatsapp number. There is no other way to get in contact with them. They do have a number to phone, but it is an automated voice directing you to a Whatsapp number and they do not answer their Whatsapp number either. #grabitall.co.za - is this how you make your money? By not refunding the money of client's cancelled orders?

I placed an order for outdoor cameras in July 2021. I received a notice to say that the camera is out of stock and I should provide my banking details for re-imbur*****t. I have since sent many emails and whatsapp messages and have not received my refund. I will never use them again and sincerely hope to receive my refund soonest as it is now mid November! Who in this day and age can afford to lose R1000???

They STEAL! Bought stuff end Aug 2021, no delivery and lots of excuses. They cancelled it and did not want to give a cash refund. I then used the store voucher again for the same purchase. Again up to date no deliver, no feedback to any of my mails. Order 148423 Products on their site that they don't have in stock. They took my money anyway and I did not get it back. MONTHS OF EMAILS WITH NICOLUS _ STILL NO REFUND!!! . GRABITALL - They Grab All your money- give you nothing and never give your money back !!!!!!! The most pathetic customer service in the WORLD !!!!
