I think this website is a scam. I placed an order on 30 September 2022. It still show's processing. I am unable to request help on the website. It shows that you can request help@grabitall.co.za. I then get a response that the e-mail does not exist.

I placed an order (#14462) in July 2021. Received the below response in August. “Hi troy, Sincere apologies for the extreme delays. I will do a follow up with our finance team as to the progress refunds. Once I have feedback, I will revert. Kind regards, Coburn” I have never received my goods, after many months, they offered me a store credit which I refused as I had found a similar deal from another provider and requested a refund. To date, no replies to my emails and no refund yet their website states the below: At grabitall expect the most dedicated and reliable customer service agents in the game! Implementing a multichannel service strategy – through web; email & socials – allows us to bring the service to you by resolving your issues wherever you may query them. Clearly this is a scam, am still waiting for my refund since August 2021. Can someone reading this who's also UNHAPPY and has the means to shut them down help us with that please? And hopefully with that we can get our refunds back? It should be illegal for guys to operate an online shop with a working payment gateway only to scam people? From the reviews alone it seems GrabitAll just have their site up with a beautiful working catalogue to only lure us, get our payments and that becomes their payday. **SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US STOP THEM AND SHUT THEM DOWN!!**

I placed an order on 17 Dec 2021 and am still waiting. The website allows login and review of orders, but support and other links are broken. I have placed over 12 orders over the years and had had a good experience. Please could they let us know whats happening. Not looking good right now.

I purchased some items on GRABITALL on the 21st Dec 2021. More than 2 months later the status still says PROCESSING. I tried logging an enquiry on the website, after a while my 'support ticket' just disappeared. You can't contact them telephonically, I tried emailing on the 14th Feb 2022 and I received no response. Is GRABITALL a scam?

My latest update regarding items I purchased from Grabitall in July 2021, never received them and yet to get a reply to my ongoing emails since November 2021 despite their acknowledging fault. See below: To: Coburn, Grabitall, consumer Grabitall and Coburn The last reply was on the 24th November 2021 as per below! Worst customer service ever experienced! Please just return my cash for the item I purchased and never received from July 2021. You yourself acknowledge this below! BAD, BAD, BAD!!! I have placed orders in the past with no problems. But on 23 December I placed and paid for an order. On their system it still shows as "being processed". Since it's taking so long I decided to cancel the order - as per their rules you can cancel while it's still in processing. But I have sent numerous e-mails, whatsapp messages, facebook messanger messages, etc, but no reply. All I get is the automated response. You can't phone them either; it's also an automated response telling you so send an email. I am VERY disappointed in their lack of service and response. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
