GrabPoints Survey company is absolute rubbish

They conduct serveys and for the third time when trying to spend the points I had acquired through completing these surveys I get blocked. There's never an issue when I have minimal points on my account.The blocking starts when approaching the withdrawal mark or when doing the actual drawal.
