Graffiti is one of the most unprofessional companies I have had to deal with to date.
Last year I had a design for my car's wrapping that I sent through to them, after constant back and forth with the designer that kept messing up the design we finally got it to wrapping. Got the car back then had various mistakes with the print, sizing issues as well as a typo on my brand name.
So that's okay anyone can make a mistake right? So then we schedule a rebranding date for before end of 2018, I take a leave day and take the car through to them... Once they started applying the final it became apparent that there was still issues with the sizing of some of the elements, some even coming back exactly the same size as the previous incorrect printing.
Now finally February and I was in contact with the sales consultant for more than 2 weeks now arranging a re-branding date to fix the issues on the car. He confirms it for 8 Feb 2019. Still a day before the branding is to take place and this after I already booked leave (again) for this, I phone to confirm the booking. Now no one knows about it and the sales consultant is no longer with the company now.
I had a photoshoot booked for the 9th of Feb that I have already paid for that I told the sales consultant about and now I am stuck as they can't honor their commitment to the date as nothing was done on this.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will frustrate you beyond belief with the level of unprofessionalism and you are better off going somewhere else.
