Uncertain on Their Motives
Unsure of this company and its motivations. They had alot of my information yet i am unsure of how they got it. I went as far as giving them. my ID number and then i started feeling a bit suspect. Be caustious whebn proceeding.

False impressions!
I got a call from Grand Debt Solutions. Telling me that my bank is charging me too much interest. I refused to give my Id Number, and the lady on the phone said that I can check that they are registered with the NCR. She then explained that I save money on what I owe by paying a specific amount which would reduce over time. Not specifying that this will place me under debt review. When I called her out on not being specific on what they are offering, she became so rude. Be very careful of this company.

removing my debt review
I shouldn't even give these people a star; I've read multiple comments about the same thing that has happened to me. They took advantage of the fact that I am still young and do not know much about debt review. Yes, I signed the contract, but only because they explained it in a way that made me consider it. If they had told me what a headache it would be to get rid of them, I would have never gone through with it. They did not tell me that there would be a cancellation fee; I also mentioned to them before I signed the contract that I was having financial issues, yet they kept deducting even after I called them and told them that I was struggling, and when I asked them for the recording, they said I had to get a lawyer. And now that I want to cancel, I have to pay R4000 as a cancellation fee, and they did not even help me in any way.

Poor service
Their service is not straight forward they are taking money from my account but the installments that are suppos to be paying is also taking money from my account when I ask questions they don't have straight answers they keep on saying I should Wait 15 days

Grand debt solutions is a ****
This people are **** they assisted me under false pretense that they are assisting me to be relived from debts only to find out their aim is to make my life difficult. Now they don't want to clear my status and they want a lot of money in order for them to clear my name. I'm encouraging customers as soon as they hear this name to block it because they are **** as they will make your life difficult.

They shouldn't even get a star from me. I received a call last year from them promising me that they will help me minimize my debts from paying over 6K a month to paying atleast 3650 per month. Fast forward they took their first and second installment as per our agreement until I received a call from one of the creditors I owed telling me that they only received R11.00 from them since I have signed up with them, I called them and canceled this and continued with my payments as I was always paying my creditors with no hassle. I asked them to remove me from the debt review as I did not need their assistance to begin with but they sold me a lie, didn't tell me that 60% of my installment Will be going towards their company meanwhile they promised me that they will be helping me free of charge. All I want is for them to remove me from this debt review and from the credit bureau as I am now paying for my credits with no hassle. Thank you

Firstly, I was contacted in 2022, and entered into an agreement pertaining to my accounts not fully understanding the implications this had entering into debt review. Irrespective of this, my situation didnt get any better and to date this status is still not resolved. When contacting them to try understand how I sort this out, they said I need to settle the remaining account in full and then contact them to remove my status, until then they cannot do anything to my status, they cannot make any payment arrangements, nor can they supply me with a letter stating any of this, and on top of this Im told I cannot approach any other debt counselor to resolve this for me. Needless to say just last year they were happy to supply me with a letter for my rent being in the exact same status as today? How inconsistent can this be? And is this even legal to supply you with a letter stating any of this for legal purposes?
