I am in the air conditioning business for a long time and never have i had such a bad experience as i had with GREE SA Air conditioning. It seems that GREE SA only has one person dealing with parts,after several times calling to inquire about parts i need for my client and leaving my contact details every time they just does not return call. Then the person will be in shortly , then the excuse is he just when out, and hours later after I call them back the person is not in for the day. meanwhile i must deliver a service to my client with this kind of back up from suppliers like this? On my last call and conversation with the lady that answers I told her that i will never promote GREE to any of my clients, She rep**** " It's OK" . Now how in the world is this "OK". Sad part also is that i have called on Other braches numbers that i found online and the same lady answers and ask that you call The 011 number which she answers. If any of GREE agents has beter experience Please i would like to hear from you.

I am totally disgusted with Gree. During a heat wave and the company is closed and nobody is bothered to answer any calls. Defeats the object of being an air con supplier. Don't even want to know how much money they are losing at this stage. <br> I am working with an aircon company and not them or me can get hold of Gree. My husband even tried going to their offices, Nobody there. We in the middle of a heat wave and Gree can't help us to get a sensor. We have a hideaway giving error codes in a space where it reaches over 40 degrees in the afternoons (don't even want to know what it will reach in the heat wave) and it's a safety risk because our staff can pass out and all you guys can do is not answer calls. <br>
