A complete money suck
Please, please do not subscribe, you will never be able to cancel as you cannot process the cancellation directly on Payfast's platform without the consent of the Green Gazette and the Green Gazette's phone is not operational, they don't respond to any emails so it's impossible to get hold of them and it just becomes a complete money suck...

Please, please do not subscribe, you will never be able to cancel as you cannot process the cancellation directly on Payfast's platform without the consent of the Green Gazette and the Green Gazette's phone is not operational, they don't respond to any emails so it's impossible to get hold of them and it just becomes a complete money suck...

Green Gazette SA Pty (Ltd) is a total ****—a filthy, shameless money-grab run by the slimy Mark Berchowitz. I signed up for their garbage service and got sucked into a relentless billing hellhole. Every time I tried to cancel through their pathetic, joke of a contact form, they ignored me flat out—on purpose. They don’t give you a single real way to reach them—no phone number, no email, just a useless form and a **** address to dodge you. It’s like they’re spitting in your face while they ***** your cash. Mark Berchowitz? He’s the sleazy puppet master behind this rip-off. You can’t even track him down, and if you do, he’s got the gall to hurl disgusting insults at you. Don’t take my word for it—go read the nightmare stories piling up on Hello Peter. This isn’t “oops, bad service”—it’s a cold-blooded plan to drain your bank account and laugh about it. After three months of them raiding my account without permission and brushing off every complaint, I had to cancel my card just to stop the bleeding. Now I’m stuck battling to claw back my own money. Listen up: if you’ve got any sense, stay the hell away from Green Gazette SA Pty (Ltd) and its con-artist boss. This company’s a *****, pure and simple and they’ll ***** you over without blinking. Green Gazette as service provider is a farce
Green Gazette is a farce. They send out emails with new invoice numbers but deactivate a profile after subscription was paid twice. They have no employees working for them - their process appears to be purely automated. If they do have employees they are not courteous enough to respond to my emails sent to both the email addresses available.

Green Gazette unilaterally cancel Subs
Earlier this year I took out a Paid Subscription for the year at approx.R1000.00 for a single user. Day before yesterday I get an email ( NO CALL ) stating they've cancelled my Subscription as I've violated the use agreement rules. They attached a report showing my Log On's for the past 14 days. on the report it shows me having logged onto 2 devices ( My MACBOOK n iPhone ). As is common practice ( As I'm mobile most of the time ) these 2 devices are linked and operate as one. So even though I logged onto 2 devices I'm still only ONE user which in NO way violates the use agreement. Ive tried calling the telephone no listed 011 083 6240 to NO avail. Ive also sent numerous messages via the web page as well as email mark@greengazette.co.za without any response. This company clearly has no regard for their customers ( previous subscribed for a few years ) as they didn't even have the courtesy to give me a call no make any contact prior to cancellation !!! PLS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE AS THEY MIGHT CANCEL UNILATERALLY AND FORFEIT YOUR HARD EARNED MONIES

Thieves...! I never asked for reoccurring annual billing and have just been billed for an annual membership, stealing R 695.00 from me. Login and go to my profile, and the site just logs you out!!! PayFast should black list them.

Fraud in my name because of publication of Personal details
Good day, There's a page or link that published my details including my ID number. As a result, I find myself having to defend credit accounts opened in my name. Please remove that page.

Unable to cancel subscription
Just another dysfunctional company with non-existent customer service. Like so many others, I've tried unsubscribing using the instructions on the website and sent them multiple e-mails and am still to get a response. I've contacted their partner, PayFast, directly with no results. They simply tell you to contact Green Gazette again. It leaves you with no option but to flag the deductions with the bank. I don't recommend subscribing to Green Gazette. Someone is making fat money from people giving up on trying to stop the R99 deductions.
