Great scrubs but bad service
The scrubs are great but the waiting time is infinite and is riddled with NO UPDATES. The first timr I ordered I was surprised that at this day and age a company doesn’t give a tracking number or updates on the order immediately or at least within days of ordering. I sent them an email to check on the order and I was rudely addressed and told what I ordered takes time but no apology for the lack of updates. First time I blame them, 2nd I blame myself coz why did I order from this company again… 1 month later I sent an email to ask for an update I get an email back back basically saying they will ask on the progress of my order and will get back to me… basically the waiting continues
