Fantastic mall to visit. They have plenty of parking as well as easy access to both taxis and the Gautrain bus system. They also have a lot of security around the mall, which makes being there rather comfortable. Great variety of stores without being overwhelming and an overall family friendly, easy to navigate and thoroughly enjoyable mall! #BlackFriday

Supreme go karting is an absolute NO go! Management was so rude, took one of our karts Of for using the breaks and was told we not allowed to use the breaks. When confronted with the rude and bad attitude he runs away. Equipment is not great and instruction brief was of very poor service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Subject: Concern Regarding Inaccurate Pricing and Poor Customer Service at PEP Home Greenstone Dear PEP Customer Care, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your PEP Home store in Greenstone. On my visit, I saw plates on the shelf clearly marked with a price of R14.99 and no other signage indicating a different price. However, at the till, I was told that this was not their original price. The teller immediately called for the manager, who, upon arriving, assisted another customer first and then engaged with me without any greeting or basic courtesy. When I explained the situation regarding the shelf price, she informed me that the plates were newly arrived items and that the marked price was incorrect. She further stated that she would not honour the displayed price and insisted I could escalate the matter to customer care — adding that she would gladly repeat that she won't sell them at the price shown. I find this extremely disappointing. Not only does this violate the Consumer Protection Act, which states that a customer should pay the lower price if two prices are displayed, but the dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism from the manager were unacceptable. I request that this issue be investigated and that corrective action is taken. Accurate pricing and respectful service are the minimum expectations when shopping at any store. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response within a week or I will take it to Ombudsman

Poor and disgusting services from the mall at whole. We tried paying our ticket and it displayed unreadable ticket. We pressed the help button and there was no answer. The line behind us was getting even longer. When we reached the boom, we were told that we must go into the mall again and press help and they will request for a new ticket. The lady on the other line said her name was Confidence. She was not helpful at all, and she was extremely rude. May I mention that an unreadable ticket is not my fault? Why must I be inconvenienced? Also note that just yesterday I visited the mall and got another unreadable ticket. And upon reaching the boom, a lovely gentleman opened the boom when I explained to him that I have an unreadable ticket. There was no fuss, so why could I not get the same courtesy today? It makes no sense as to why I should be inconvenienced. Confidence from the help desk for the parking is rude and inconsiderate. She dropped the line on us after she said she would like to help other customers. Never will I ever stand for such service. At many malls, when there’s an unreadable ticket they open the booms, they don’t send us back inside. It’s not my fault there’s an issue with your ticket system

I wanted to purchase a 21 piece and specifically asked for drumsticks and thighs ( off which I have never had issues with when it comes other branches ) a whole MANAGER gave us an attitude and told us “No that’s not going to happen “ with a stinking attitude at that. I continued to ask what’s the reason for not honouring our request she gave zero answers! I interact with clients on a daily and I know very well not to be rude nor give clients attitude! I don’t know how that lady is a manager and how she got promoted. I walked away without getting the name of the lady , I didn’t not purchase anything and I never will. Greenstone Mall KFC !!!

Not even worth a star... Good day, this is the worst experience I had at Supreme Karting, Greenstone Mall... The manager on duty yesterday had the audacity to stop me dead on the track to reprimand me for no reason at all.. Just before the race starts he rudely instructed us to get through the course as fast as possible. No stopping is allowed on the track... The staff are unfriendly, their business ethics are ridiculous. The manger said in his last word don't come ride here anymore and made a big scene. This whole experience has *****ed my views on Greenstone Mall. I am sure this means nothing to you, as its one customer complaint. It was my 40th Birthday, and if i knew that i was going to deal with that TYPE of people, I would stay clear.
