Inverter system don’t work

Bought a power system for over R80k in May Has defaulted twice. The first round it was disconnected and taken in for fixing After 60 days the same problem re occurred. My system is only 4 months installed form Greeentech

COO will tell you that Saturday is not a business day this will revert back to you after his sales meeting until then suffer loadshedding.
