Greenz is tops
Our geyser was replaced under warranty by Green Plumbing. I was told 24hour turnaround time, but I got a callback in 30 minutes and the were at my house immediately after, as if they were standing ready to serve. The friendliness and communication skills from the team of three technicians made a very unpleasant situation a overall positive experience for me. Thank you Greenz

Amazing service and value for money
They fixed an incorrect geyser installation by the insurance contractor. The final invoice amount was lower than the quote. The re-installation was quick, efficient, and compliant with SABS.

No transparency and unacceptable service and communication
I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Greenz Plumbing, particularly with a representative named Debbie Jasselette, regarding a geyser repair. The service provided did not meet my expectations. My primary concern was the apparent disregard for my rights as a consumer. Despite the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, I was denied access to a plumbing report until after the completion of the job. This lack of transparency was disconcerting. Furthermore, the level of communication was substandard. I felt dismissed and my concerns were not taken seriously. The assertion that their client was the insurance company, not me, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Additionally, I was informed that I would be billed for the report, and Greenz Plumbing does not submit a report to the insurance company. The service provided by Greenz Plumbing and the lack of business acumen displayed by Debbie Jasselette was disappointing. I believe it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of my experience. I hope that Greenz Plumbing will take this feedback into account and improve their service in the future. The reason I requested the inspection report was to ensure the existence of a maintenance record, even if the insurance company changes. They also failed to provide any warranty information.

Greenz Plumbing Brackenfell / Kwikot
Greenz was contracted in by Kwikot to replace my burst geyser that was still within warranty. When I took their call I was businesslike, brisk and polite. To my utter dismay, the office manager of Greenz Brackenfell accused me of being rude and made all manner of negative pronouncements about my character after speaking with me for not even 5 minutes. And then proceeded to hang up. I was aghast at this new low level of professionalism. My question to this office manager: if this was your company, would you have treated me in the same way? Said office manager told Kwikot that she would get another Greenz staff member to call me - no-one contacted me to try and resolve this matter. What a pity Kwikot has already committed the business to Greenz, because they do not deserve it. Kwikot, with a contractor like this you're not living up to your claim of excellence. My first experience with Greenz Plumbing in the form of Danel, the office manager, was ghastly.

Highly recommend
Prompt and efficient service. They come say day, and on the one occasion they were going to be late they called ahead of time to let me know. There is an Afrikaans word that springs to mind "op it" ;)
