Service Excellence Trifecta!
After resolving multiple issues with 1-grid to sort out my Domains, Shawaal Van Wyk picked up on my issues from a billing perspective. She completed the Service Excellence trifecta I had on my previous encounters by bringing the issue to my attention and resolving it. This is the first time in a long time that someone called me for a problem I had without me knowing of it first. A-Z Service from the 1-grid team.

Failing technical support from 1-grid
Very disappointing technical support. Twice already I had to request that support tickets not be closed until a case has been resolved and now nearly 2 weeks later the problem has not been resolved. Time to move to a better hosting company that supports my business rather.

Useless - look elsewhere.
Utterly, UTTERLY useless. Such a pity. They've messed up my billing, accidentally cancelled services, never reply to support tickets unless you phone and chase them. Useless, useless, useless. I'd be amazed if they're still in business a year from now. One of the most incompetent companies I've ever worked with.
