BEWARE !! Griin Energy IS SELLING DAMAGED GOODS !!

Grinn Energy !! This should be NO star !! WARING !! WARNING!! WARNING!! Herewith I WARN the public and consumers of Griin Energy !! I bought a 48V New Energy, New Life Lipo4 Battery form Griin Energy. On opening the packaging I noticed the Battery is damaged. I notified Griin Energy and forwarded a picture as proof of damage.

Response from Griin Energy is that I must return the battery for inspection.

The problem actually is that Griin Energy did NOT inspect the battery prior sending. I live in Herm**** and now Griin Energy expect me to pay courier fee's. I have already paid for the battery and courier fees. NO, the battery should have been inspected prior delivery. I suggested to Grinn Energy to replace the damaged battery and make arrangements to collect the damaged battery OR refund me money and make make arrange collecting damaged Battery. I have paid a lot of money for a damaged battery. (I STILL HAVE THE DAMAGED BATTERY) No communication from Griin Enery at all. BEWARE !! Griin Energy IS SELLING DAMAGED GOODS !!
