Griin-E WARNING

I Bought a Luxpower with Hoselect battery in January. When I got home and open the box the Luxpower was 2de hand and already registered. I have called them and could not get hold of them. I went Back to GriinE and they did not want to exchange it with a Luxpower. they change it with a Growatt and promise me that the Battery and Inverter is compatible. From January till now I am struggling to figure out the bms between the 2 as the after sale at GriinE is ****. I must setup the battery on “USE-DEFINED” as the communication between the 2 is not correct. Mike is constantly in Meetings and the Numbers he gives me is off or doesn’t pick up. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE DOING BUSSNES WITH THEM.
