Hi there, on the 13th of October 2022 which was on a Thursday evening around 17:45 a truck with the logo Auto Carriers/Grindrod registration number CF270298 pulled out the Shell garage in Kuilsriver & damaged my wifes car, the petrol attendance tried to stop him from moving but the driver took no notice & just carried on driving, how the hell can you damage another vehicle & carry on driving, this is so unacceptable & makes one so furious , who's gonna pay for the damage on my wifes vehicle.

For the very best price to transport your vehicle from CT to another major city in SA look no further than Grindrod Logistics. Their depot in Blackheath is to hell and gone (even my GPS got lost) but the gracious service by Leigh at Unit 9A dispelled all my frustrations. Leigh is an asset to your company Grindrod.

My vehicle was moved from Durban (18/06) to Cape Town (25/06). I relocated and had loaded my clothes into the vehicle. When I unpacked the car, I discovered all my jackets were taken, the person selected all the expensive items only, K-way, Topshop, Woolworths. When I advised Grindrod I was told loose items are not allowed, so basically they can’t help me. However you have in your employ thieves?! No investigation? No further feedback? I will never use this company again!n

The most unorganized company in the industry of transporting cars. My vehicle was dropped off on 23 July at the Capetown depot and to date all I keep hearing is that the vehicle will be sent today or tomorrow. The vehicle remained in Cpt for 3 days due to insufficient load for the carrier until it was transported to Port Elizabeth on Friday 26 July under false pretense that it will then continue to Johannesburg and it never did. The vehicle has been in Port Elizabeth for the past 5 days now. Had the vehicle remained in Capetown and not been sent through Pe, chances are it would have reached Johannesburg already. So much for advertising on your website "Move your vehicle from Capetown to Johannesburg within 3 days....Carrier departs from Cape Town every Monday". I am very interested to see the condition that my vehicle arrives to Johannesburg in and I will be requesting a report from Tracker on its activity over the past week. The level of frustration, inconvenience and added cost this has created for me is ludicrous. Driving the vehicle from Cpt to Johannesburg myself would have been cheaper and much more efficient.

I needed my car couriered from Cape town to sandton for work. Once my car left my home in Cape town my cousin called me soon after to say he saw it in Montague and the guy driving it to the depot was pulling out of the McDonalds and driving it recklessly and overtaking badly. When it reached my work in sandton a few days laters the park bulbs were stolen and my spoiler broken and cracked worse than it was. <br> The guy that dropped it off also had the nerve to say that my car still moves.wtf where is the respect. I logged a complaint and heard nothing from them since
