grobank runs a scam

Grobank/ South African bank of Athens and Transunion have put a credit default on our company for 68k and we are not even their client.we called this number 011 634 4300 and asked to Talk to Management.we spoke with Lerato from reception.she refused to give us her supervisors details and she hung up on me I want to lodge a complaint We are taking this matter to the ombudsman and court for loss of income, because this illegal default he prejudice our company.we have lost income because of this

We know what the problem is.we tried to open a bank account with Gershin at Grobank but we abandoned the process when Gershin kept on making us drive to his office nonstop without helping us.We never got anything from Grobank but now they have listed a default of R68k for something we do no know.this is pure fraud by Grobank. Grobank is running a scam and abusing its powers and breaking the South African law
