Pathetic pointless financially errant
I deleted the app and haven't used the service for several months because last time they charged me for goods not delivered. Yesterday my car was in for a service so I took a chance and ordered five items. Four arrived yet I was charged for the Sunlight dishwashing liquid which did not arrive. No reply to emails and when I call the system just says they are experiencing high volumes and cut the call.

Checkers hyper sixty, food delivery. Kleksdorp
I have been a keen customer with Checkers sixty food delivery, Klerksdorp. I have placed a order ended up to R2 000. Food stuff were not in stock and after cutting down on replace the item or order I ended up with the value of R450. It made me cancelled the whole order. It was never like that. What is going on?

I have been a keen customer with Checkers sixty food delivery, Klerksdorp. I have placed a order ended up to R2 000. Food stuff were not in stock and after cutting down on replace the item or order I ended up with the value of R450. It made me cancelled the whole order. It was never like that. What is going on?

Useless and poor service
Checkers 60sixty. It has happened numerous times now that we have been invoiced for goods that we have not received not to mention all of the times an item or items you choose is out of stock. POOR POOR POOR, one of the most useless services. They take your money and if you don't realise immediately that something is missing and struggling yourself to death to get hold of someone to log a complaint following a long and tiresome procedure... Then sorry for you... You loose your money. I will never use them again, I would rather walk to the shop to buy food before using them again.

Useless and poor service
Checkers 60sixty. It has happened numerous times now that we have been invoiced for goods that we have not received not to mention all of the times an item or items you choose is out of stock. POOR POOR POOR, one of the most useless services. They take your money and if you don't realise immediately that something is missing and struggling yourself to death to get hold of someone to log a complaint following a long and tiresome procedure... Then sorry for you... You loose your money. I will never use them again, I would rather walk to the shop to buy food before using them again.

Checkers and their pickers with no manners
Hi, Was just in Checkers in Northmead Benoni and was doing my monthly groceries, while deciding on veggies for the week while holding the cooler door open deciding what I want one of the pickers for the home shopping pushes in front of me and grabs a packet of beans. When I asked him what he was doing he said "picking" I told him to get me a manager, he laughed at me and walked away dropping one shoulder and sliding his foot in a true tsotsi style. I found a manager and told her what happened suddenly he was sorry lookin at the floor and really laying it on, the manager told him to finish what he was doing and come see her. He turned away sucked his teeth and smirked. Is this the way we are to be treated, spending our money at a place that we are disrespect, these express pickers will push in front of you and almost run you over they are rude and arrogant. Checkers that was the last time you saw me.

I want to give props to checkers Sixty60. I have always been pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and efficiency in which transactions are handled. I must say I did not expect that level of efficiency when one considers the experiences one has with some companies. It has been so refreshing to deal with staff that showed respect for your feelings and predicament and acted with so much dignity. Thank you so much. Just to also add that your app is also just the best. Thank you .

Sixty60 HAS POOR SERVICE DELIVERY.
My order was cancelled by your system on Saturday but the payment went off my account. I was told to wait 48 hours by Josh on Saturday. Today still no credit, when I call your call centre Jaimey drops the call in my ear then another consultant tells me it was NOT automatically done, a manual request must be done which will take ANOTHER 24 hours. I am NOT waiting 24 hours, I want the funds credited back into my Capitec account before 12. I was one of the influences used when sixty60 launched so this to me is poor and unacceptable service. If my refund does not reflect by 1 I am pasting this on all my social media platforms, and I will never use sixty60 again. Order number: 99153184A

Checkers 60Sixty Westgate
I use Checkers 60Sixty, am healing from a major operation and find this convenient BUT the store we get our orders from Hyperama Westgate, Roodepoort Johannesburg is the most useless shop. You dare not order meat nor baked products, the quality is poor, old and stale. I have asked and complained numerous times, but still they deliver sub standard products at most expensive prices. I find this unacceptable.
