I want my money back !I placed and order in oct last year . Order was confirmed Then they emailed a sad letter saying their stock was ****** After that no communication and email seems to be disabled melissa@groovd.co.za

I purchased the Grooved Magic Book Set immediately after making the payment, the confirmation order I received from “Groovd” stated I could “expect the order to be shipped in 7 - 12 days” it’s been 3 months & counting and I still didn’t receive my order or refund. I did received dm on Instagram saying I will receive my order in the 2nd week of December 2023 which was a lie and when I enquired my msg’s was ignored & none of the contact details exist after reporting them on Instagram as **** business I received dm saying I would receive my refund in 2 days without them requesting any bank details. They are a *****ulent business ****ming hard worker parents out of their hard earned money Please report them with the South African ***** Prevention Service (SAFPS)

Groovd.co.za and the Groovd are together ****ming people
As previous reviews I’m in the same situation, ordered, pay and never received my books. I found that they’re product and stile of videos and marketing is pretty alike to the company The Groovd. I research both companies and start to get info from people who claimed received the books…. Any of them was able to givme a picture or info about the brand, manufacturer, distributor, or bank account where they paid for the books. I believe all this people is also part of this ******** cell and work together to ***** from people. Today I found that both companies has block me in IG, and FB as well in emails. They do it basically at same time, so this for me is a true evidence that they are connected. The Groovd just said that they have been copied by GroovdZA but they’re not doing anything to stop the pushing **** in order to protect their trademark and clients ( another red flag). This is very clear for me. This two companies are linked in the crime and I really want to take them to jail. For the people here, please share any details of both companies, specially back accounts numbers. We all together can bring them down and make justice for third *******!

I ordered on 23 Oct 2023. I have not received my order. I ordered 3 books. Now I have lost my hard earned money to this company who seems to have ****med so many people. Does anyone know what recourse we have? the company is owned by Diamatrix CC.

I ordered on 23 Oct 2023. I have not received my order. I ordered 3 books. Now I have lost my hard earned money to this company who seems to have ****med so many people. Does anyone know what recourse we have? the company is owned by Diamatrix CC.

FACTS: Order delayed - one email to excuse delays. Website down, email bounce, cell number straight to inbox, no landline, physical address lacks the unit number at the complex, letting agents haven't heard of the company at the stated address. They have stated on FB they don't allow walk-ins. Suspicions: Some profiles on FB claiming they received orders are a bit sketchy. No images of any people staff on social media. PRICE WAS VERY GOOD... Many signs of a ****, I did break my no.1 rule when purchasing from a new and small e-commerce business- Call them and have a chat. Lets see what happens, hopefully I'm proved wrong, but all hope is lost,
