Thandeka Replying to a text and email is considered polite and professional when doing business. I can see now why this company has a dreadful Hellopeter rating and a bad FB business rating. I would not consider this company de facto property professionals

Elaine Becker is a *****!!! She as a property agent requests services and fails to pay for them & has every excuse in the book as to why she hasn't paid. These excuses are given when she actually answers her phone, emails or calls!! Think twice before doing any work for this company.

Not returning deposits resulting in legal matters...unnecessary expenses. Deposits are paid to Grounded - According to their contracts the deposit is placed in a interest-bearing account with a financial institution. The excuse they have for not returning deposit is simply that the owner of property didn't pay it back. Not sure how they are still in business or trusted by homeowners and tenants

Unfortunately, my experience with Grounded has been extremely disappointing. Despite being a responsible tenant and a single parent who has consistently met all financial obligations without any defaults, my deposit has been withheld for an extended period, nearing two months now. Leaving the property in excellent condition as agreed upon, I expected a fair and prompt return of my deposit. However, the delay in the return process has caused undue financial strain, impacting my ability to meet other essential obligations. As a single parent, reliability and fairness are crucial, yet the handling of my deposit by Grounded has been anything but that. This prolonged withholding without valid reason or explanation has put me in an unjust predicament. I urge potential tenants to be cautious when dealing with Grounded, as my experience does not reflect a company that values or respects its tenants' circumstances or agreements. The lack of urgency and empathy in addressing this matter has been deeply disappointing.

The agent Howard Ntsomela is very unprofessional and disputed clauses of the lease yet they are documented. He expects you the landlord to manage the tenant, doesn't supply checkin list or do outgoing inspection, very rude to the landlord who solicited the service, doesn't provide timeouts feedback on queries, doesn't discuss the potential tenant with landlord, doesn't do inspections, doesn't vet the tenant on cancellation reasons, the list is endless. To make matters worse, the company demands a deposit upfront yet tenants can cancel anytime while you've paid for the duration of lease. This company deserves to go out of business; they are the worst! Very very unprofessional company with very bad agent in my experience. Stay away!!!! There are many other property companies with better service!
