Disappointing service and false promises when you buy used cars Eddie (sales) assured me I would receive my spare keys to secure sale! Now more than 3 months I still just get excuses and the lady that owned car before me (first owner) told me she handed it over to Group1 Nissan Kuilsriver when she traded in. So new DP Herman not calling me back and keys missing with no feedback this is really bad service from a dealer I trusted! Please don't trust anything their sales people tell you they just get the money and brush you off!!

Disappointing service and false promises when you buy used cars Eddie (sales) assured me I would receive my spare keys to secure sale! I'm only rating it a 1 star because there is no option for a -10 rating. I cannot begin to explain the trauma Group 1 Auto Stellenbosch put me through and I don't think there's enough space on here. The took the pleasure of me buying my very first car and turned it into a living nightmare. I wish I'd taken the time to review the dealership first because I would NEVER have set foot in that dealership. A day after purchasing my car I reported an unusually loud sound coming from the car and when they eventually fetched the car, the problem which was never resolved, it went from one lie to the next and countless empty promises. Not one phone call from the DP Len, despite threats that he would call. Two months passed and still no feedback on my car. I eventually had to buy a more expensive car on the principle that the dealer, George Nowers, who offer me a better deal. Another lie. I finally was able to fetch the car in Stellenbosch two months after the original purchase and now am still waiting on the car to be registered, which I was told would be done ages ago. The licence is now expired and still I wait. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!

Profound dissatisfaction and frustration with the customer service I have endured since purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. The level of service I have received has been nothing short of unacceptable, and I am compelled to convey my deep disappointment and concern. Firstly, I was subjected to an egregious delay of nearly two months before receiving my number plates. Despite repeated follow-ups with my sales representative, Riedwaan Baderoen I encountered consistent neglect and unresponsiveness. I was frequently met with vague assurances of "Monday" for resolution, which never materialized. After enduring three temporary licenses and repeated visits to your dealership, I was finally given my plates only after an unnecessarily prolonged wait, extending into the evening due to what I was told was a delivery issue. It was only after persistent insistence that I was advised to collect the plates myself, which further illustrates the disorganization and inefficiency I have faced. Moreover, there has been a serious lapse in managing the settlement of my previous vehicle. The bank remains unaware of my new car purchase, resulting in continued deductions for the old installment. This issue, which should have been addressed promptly by the team, has instead been met with refusal and indifference from Riedwaan Baderoen, who has been sending me from pillar to post. Jessy the assistant at finance told me I have to call a Chanelle ,ultimately leaving me in the untenable position of paying for two vehicles simultaneously. The service I have experienced is far below the standard one would expect from a reputable dealership. The lack of communication, delayed actions, and outright negligence in resolving these issues are unacceptable.

Hi I have bought a second vehicle Opel Corsa 2022 red by Group 1 Nissan Stellenbosch by the salesman Marius Carrolisen, with the verbal agreement that I trade my sons (Mr A A Jacobs) POLO GTI 2013 (GREY) then use R80000.00 of the second Opel Corsa 2022 financed to use towards the settlement of the POLO GTI 2013 (GREY) and the rest of the settlement will be sorted by salesman Marius Carrolisen, Watts and voice notes as proof , after contacting the dealer principle Johan Le Grange , we had an conference call and were by Marius told Johan Le Grange that he is helping me out and that he never stated he will settle POLO GTI 2013 , after seven months of begging and watts up and calls even visits from Marius the POLO GTI 2013 is not settled, so after the second conference call by Johan Le Grange and Marius i was told that GETWORTH is offering R95000.00 for the POLO GTI 2013 and I need to pay in R23000.00 as the settlement is R118000.00 , I requested that they e-mail me proof of the offer from GETWORTH as I will not believe a word that comes out of Marius mouth, so after sending e-mails on the 31 July 2024 , 01 August 2024 & 05 August 2024 to both Marius & Johan till today no feedback nor resolution. Can someone please help. Regards

Worst mistake of my life buying a car from Nissan Group 1 Stellenbosch. Upon arriving at the dealership the car wasn't even on the floor, the sales lady Olona Xali sent me a whatsapp while l was on my way notifying me of the delay in her getting the car from wherever, then was made to wait a whole 45 minutes. Eventually she arrived not even remorseful nor apologetic about having me and my family wait on her, then gifted me with a bouquet of 7 roses that was obviously an afterthought. To put the final nail in the coffin the car l took home was infested with fleas. When l took the car back a guy that works there told me that they Transport their dogs in these cars, when l told Olona Xali that, she then called me with an attitude with the guy now changing his statement. If u are planning on buying a car stay as far away from this dealership. Olona Xali has zero regard for customer service, yelling and screaming at me as if lm her child because she doesn't know how to treat a customer. This car is a new 2024 Nissan qashqai which lm paying half a million for yet l'm receiving mediocre service from a person who clearly never went through customer service training, all she knows is to scream and shout when addressing a customer as is she works in a shebeen.

So disappointed and disgusted in the service received from sales person Riedwaan Baderoen and the dealership as a whole. Bought a car few weeks ago and so sorry I never went somewhere else. Riedwaan promised a 2022 model but gave us 2021 model. The car reeked of smoke and had 2 cigarette burn marks by the doors. The aircon smelt awful when I told them about the issues they would not get back to me or make empty promises. I am still also waiting for the registration as well as the number plates On Sunday it will be 21 days already. I regret purchasing the car from them!!

Pathetic service.The sales person by the name of Jaque never gave me feedback on my request. Jaque **** to me and told me my first monthly installment will be in May but only to find out in will be on the 27th of April. What Jaque and Jaco also **** about is that a company called Flexidrive will not change my offer again but that was a BIG lie, Flexidrive explained everything to me. Thank you to Flexidrive . Please dont trust this Jaque sales person and Jaco his manager big ******,
