Unshipped goods and no communication
Yesterday I bought 3 items drom Group Buys and paid immediately. Shortly after they had received the payment they sent a message indicating that the order has been cancelled because the payment was declined. This is not true. I have tried to reach out to them since yesterday night but no response. I have responded to their emails, wrote to them through their chat box but they do not even acknowledge. I am disappointed. This is a ****.

BEWARE
Please beware of this store Group buys.They offer appliances at a lower price.I bought an iPhone and then paid for it but after that an email is sent to you stating that the order is cancelled and you will be refunded. The numbers and email provided on the website are working at all.The number takes you straight to voicemail

BEWARE
Please beware of this store Group buys.They offer appliances at a lower price.I bought an iPhone and then paid for it but after that an email is sent to you stating that the order is cancelled and you will be refunded. Group buys are ****mers
I bought tv online last year on the 28/11/2024 , it was so cheap and reasonable ,paid extra more with R50 for the next day delivery. I have received the order number after that, tracking app also .The next thing their email bounce back when try to enquire about my order , the phone its ringing non stop , no answer .Till today i don't no if I was ****med or what. Their service is very bad

Shop Group Buys (https://shop.groupbuys.co.za/) is a ***** and utter ****! Stay away from them!!! I purchased a Hisense 177L Single Door Fridge with Water Dispenser - Red × 1 on 13 December 2024 for R1750 (ZAR). It was for next day delivery. ORDER Number: DS22775GH | Tracking Number: CNG00699549376562. Their website and initial email correspondence looks very legitimate. I had to pay via EFT and send the proof of payment (I have a copy of this). I sent them the proof of payment and they said the fridge will be dispatched. It never arrived. They don’t respond to emails or answer calls. I have email correspondence and paperwork for the proof of payment. I looked at review sites including Hello Peter and more after the purchase, and realised it’s common for them to make people pay and not deliver. The website https://shop.groupbuys.co.za/ is now down and not working. They sent emails from store+67888185508@t.shopifyemail.com and ask you respond to info@groupbuys.co.za (which bounces and they don’t respond to).

To my surprise, the security personnel confirmed that this company does not exist and that they have no connection to the address provided. Please refrain from engaging with these individuals to avoid falling victim to their *****ulent activities. Stay vigilant and share this information to protect others.

Please People Don't use them. All a **** I paid for a TV after a week try to phone. It go to voice message immediately. Try to email them, can not deliver message. They don't exist try there physical address as well. Please please don't make the same mistake then me.

Hi Everyone, Please be aware that a website called Groupbuys.co.za i a ****, they offer items at ridculously low prices and at checkout advise you to pay via EFT to TYME bank. They are also using a fictious address in a business park and teh contact number just keeps ringing with no answer, they create an order number and do send you an email and you can evenutually track an"order" which comes through the Post office, but you end up receiving a cheap phone cover. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GroupBuys.co.za
