Complaint 2019 model then 2018 part

Complaint- my wife has a 2019 model Hyundai Grand i10 which I still under warranty. But her rear bumper has a bumper code of 2018 2018-08-29 01:32 86611-B4500NAT no so clear sticker because car us 5-6 old.

Please may you assist urgently with my complaint.
