Dishonest and deceptive

I deliberately postponed this review to ensure this is not an emotionally driven review and, to give chris every possible chance to do the right thing. chris has unfortunately remained dishonourable and ********* in his conduct therefore, it would be good if others are warned in time.

I'll keep this short...chris essentially stole our deposit. Due to various reasons, we changed our mind about the surfaces we required and when we made this known to chris, he *********ly promised to pay us back the deposit but never did. We even went to extent of sending letters of demand from an attorney but Even then, chris refused to return our deposit. So, in short, He is a *****. We even tried to enlist the help of Verni, but even they failed to persuade him to do the right thing.

chris has been a master of deceit and manages to explain away his bad reviews. I regret that I fell for his false promises but if I can prevent someone else from a bad experience, then this this review has served its purpose.
