Good day. I have been purchasing sensodyne toothpaste for years, recently I found a tube of toothpaste that is defective. I reported it to Haleon and received a case number 05886981. I'm sitting with the defective product and they keep saying they're investigating and will get back to me, this has been 26 days now. I'm not sure how this investigation is happening without the defective product and how long can it take to establish the batch when I have provided the barcode details? Users please be careful out there. The toothpaste has a discoloration.

I bought the new Grand PA at one of the retail outlets spar westpark to be more specific. I've purchased the 38's and to my findings there was few to be more specific 6 sachets missing. I had no time going back to spar to complain. I suggest you seal the boxes like the old boxes. This new packaging is easy to grab n just put in ur pockets. This is very frustrating as you pay the full amount only to find out few are missing Hope you can change the packaging or seal the product Escalated the matter to Gsk. Haleon responded said it will take several weeks to be finalized Well after the period was nearly up they still got the nerve to tell me 2 more days and it will be resolved. 2 days has passed and now I am just being ignored by them. All I want is for this to be resolved

Nico Fourie - 082 803 3345" Then on Thu 2022/01/27 12:41 I received this: "Thank you for contacting GSK Consumer Relations. To whom it may concern. Today I am coming to you with a very serious problem I have with your Grand-pa powder. I know people swear by it (including my husband) but I just have to say.... WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K!!!!! In my life I have never tasted anything so vile before. The kind of taste that lingers in the mouth for 30 min after it's taken, and still some extra powder that decides to creep into the cracks of the corner of your lips so that when ever you lick your lips you can taste the despair all over again🤢. Hear me out..... I'm sure as a pharmaceutical company you spend millions of Rands making your medication. My little piece of advice is to please for the love of God put some strawberry flavor or any other flavor mixed in the the powder. Genuinely I would probably rather lick a rats eyeball then have one of your powders again. The effect of the powder had me shaking me whole damn body and get a speech impediment while trying to get rid of the taste... Add some flavored sherbet in there and I'm sure it can be more tolerable. Thank you, hope you take this information into consideration. Peace and love Kelly

Pathetic i logged a complaint with a couple of grandpa boxes that had empty sachet in them to date I have sent numerous emails with no actual feedback they keep referring it to another department. This is corruption with their manufacturing and they just don't do anything about it. Terrible!!!

Thanks to you, and how you sick people cover up your failures in your factories and what happens to your workers.... Thanks to you, for how little you care for human life... Thanks to you, for being so inconsiderate for the person who worked for you and his family... Thanks to you my father is dead. "About us We are a science-led global healthcare company with a special purpose: to help people do more, feel better, live longer." - that is what GSKs global webpage says... Feel better... live longer? - not if you worked there and there was a formaldehyde spill. Glaxo SA should be ashamed for what they have put my family through for 26 years and for the pain and heartache that we now have with the unnecessary death of my father.

Utterly disappointed in the below par standards of customer service being conveyed by GSK South Africa. For a global pharmaceutical company, it disappointingly fails to live up to its reputation and promises. No pride, no integrity? The company has been negligent, indifferent, and unresponsive in taking accountability concerning the customer complaint that was brought to their attention. I was initially informed that I would receive product replacement the latest by this week. Not only has nothing materialized but GSK has evidently disregarded its customer by ceasing any form of accessible communication between the two parties – displaying unreliability. GSK sure knows how to generate 'impressive' stature when consumer satisfaction doesn’t fit into their business strategy.
