Worst service I have encountered in 18 years.

Requested repairs for a printer bought from this company less than a year ago. (This machine is technically still under warranty)<br> Firstly they let us know we had to pay R50000.00 upfront to fix it, before really knowing what the problem was. Then after much deliberation invoice reduced to R15000.00. This we paid immediatly to have the technician come to us. After 2 days of waiting they let us know that there is another customer in our area that also needs service, and they have to wait for him before they can come down, even though we paid for the trip in full. <br> Then after some more delays they say that Rob has had a change of heart and we need to pay extra R3000.00 for airfare as the technician shouldn't drive anymore. All of this was communicated to Rob and still he didn't even have the dignity to phone himself or reply personally. I have gotten a refund from this company and will never use them again! Unbelievable arrogance and poor service. Only time they had some sort of service is when they sold us the machine.<br> <br> <br>
