Exceptional Service and Genuine Care from G&T Autobody
On Monday morning, my car broke down, and as someone new to Joburg, I was stressed about finding a reliable mechanic. My husband (who is based outside Joburg) searched online and found G&T Autobody, conveniently located near our home. Thembi, the owner, responded immediately and assured us that a driver in the area could come to my home to assess the problem and provide a quote, because the car was not drivable. Within an hour, they had identified the issue and ordered the necessary part. Remarkably, my car was repaired within two days. Thembi and her team truly went above and beyond for someone they had never met. Their genuine care and commitment to excellence are rare to find. I highly recommend their services to anyone; they bring a human touch and a level of professionalism that sets them apart.

Best Service
Got the best service ever. They kept me up to date on the progress of repairing my car and they were quick. They have done a great job on the car and it looks brand new. I definitely recommend them.

I am impressed with the service I received from G&T Auto Body: their quality workmanship, dedicated service, and quick turnaround time are highly recommended. I had an overall positive experience; the friendly and professional staff and the updates I received from dropping my car off to when I collected it were fantastic. All round excellent service!

Last month I took my car in to G & T Autobody for repairs. I am deeply impressed with their work ethic, and their integrity and recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done on their car. Peter and Thembi were great and I am truly appreciative. Talking to Thembi yesterday helped me realise that she actually cares for her customers on a personal level. You will be hard pressed to find that kind of care and attention to detail nowadays. Thank you for who you are, Thembi. And for making my car look brand new again. I appreciate it and will never forget you.

I would like to congratulate Gavin & Thembi ***ners), Zama on frontline, the driver and Peter on their outstanding and exceptional customer service that they showed during the repair of my BMW throughout the repair process. The updates from the time I dropped off my car until I collected it was absolutely awesome. Their dedication and commitment is highly appreciated. Not one grey hair was added to head lol. Claps twice. OutSurance can be extremely proud of G & T as a preferred service provider. Thank you!
