Monthly package
After almost 6 months of them debit my account without actually loading my monthly package being that data and minutes, they did not debit this month.

Business no longer operational?
I went to the offices to get a settlement and I went from pillar to post, eventually I got the numbers of one of the Directors and he told me that the company is currently under liquidation.

I took a cellphone contract last year received my phone but no statement and monthly recharge not going through my biggest problem is that they are unreachable..! Monthly debits are going off how do we get hold of them or is it truly a scam..

GT Cellular was just a scam
These scam took my cellphone for repairs in February and I've been trying to get hold of them ever since then I could not get hold of them until yesterday, I got contact details of a former sales consultant only to tell me that the company has been liquidated. The sad part is that the debit order is still running every month paying for something which I don't have

I applied for a cellphone contract( a two year contract) last year around August and i only received my phone in December. What happens is usually on the 5th of every month I'd get my monthly package, airtime and data. But ever since April my contract sim card stopped working and I've been trying to get hold of them but nothing. Their landline rings till it takes me to voicemail and for them it's business as usual as their debit order goes through every month.

Deductions taken with no recharge given back
Hello Peter please help I have a contract with them as they deducted they money for 2 months without noticing anything as no sms get sent saying account recharged nothing but funds went out even last night. When u send a email no respond. Calling they numbers. 083 709 9128 only 1 beep and silent same with this number the 0123746160 does not go through. The question u have is why do they numbers not work and also why deduct money if you not going to give the data. Sms and airtime and agreed. If they closed now why not say anything. Cause it's now an expense having to buy these things and money still gets deducted each month and no statements given or emailed also. Please do assist if possible l. Regards.
